WHAT SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?
PARAGON TREATMENT CENTER LLC offers the following services: staff development and training, integrated behavioral health services, intensive outpatient treatment services, outpatient mental health programs, psychiatric rehabilitation services, substance abuse disorder treatment programs. You can participate in all services or just the services that fit your need.
WHAT HAPPENS DURING THE FIRST SESSION?
Your provider will review with you the policies of PARAGON TREATMENT CENTER LLC and answer any questions you may have about the treatment process. Your provider will also conduct an intake interview to gather information regarding your current concerns to determine how he/she can best help you.
HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR THE FIRST SESSION?
Please bring the following items to your patient portal for first appointment:
- Insurance card
- Driver’s license
- List of current medications (provided from your pharmacy)
- Past medical records (if possible)
- Discharge summaries from past hospitalizations (your therapist can assist you in obtaining this information)
- Your form of payment (cash or credit card)
Co-payments and fees for services are due at the time of service. Adolescent/minor clients must be accompanied to the first session by an adult who has legal guardianship. This adult must be able to legally consent for the adolescent/minor client to receive services.
HOW SOON CAN I BE SEEN?
Most intakes for therapy can be scheduled within 48 hours of your request for services. Appointments can be made by calling 410-832-3130 or using the Make an Appointment/Resources page.
HOW LONG CAN I RECEIVE SERVICES?
There is no single timetable for the duration of our services; you and your provider will collaborate to determine a schedule and timeframe that meets your unique needs.
